america's 44th president, barack obama

i have been so inspired by barack obama (and michelle) throughout the long campaign, and am elated that he has been elected president! i'm uplifted that this country chose to embrace the change obama has promised, and i believe, will deliver. i was never really interested in politics before, but i am really looking forward to following obama and his moves in the white house for the next four (or eight) years.
